“Tried to book a waxing at the spa but there were no available staff until later in the day. Our ocean view room was nice however the screen on the sliding door was broken so could not leave it open at night in lieu of AC. The AC was very loud and noisy. The beach is located on the Atlantic Ocean so it was rough and so much seaweed. We opted to take cabs to the Carribean side to swim. ”

“Was advised that I would be met at airport and no one there until I called again and waited an extra 30 minutes. Unreliable! On arrival at the hotel, our room was not ready, when check in was expected by 3 pm. We did not get a room until 4:30 and at that point put us in a room in a lower level with lesser views. “The ocean view room as clearly advertised when booking wasn’t provided to us upon arrival, and the management was quite unprofessional and slow in handling the matter, they eventually moved us to an ocean view room (also our room didn’t have proper hot water - becomes cold after a min of running- and pool deck wasn’t sanded/treated and each of us got numerous splinters from it), but the way they handled it took away from the experience, as well as them charging us for the services that were...

“The location was perfect. Close to the bus terminal ferry terminal and my dive boat. Plenty of eating options. Everything was a 5 to ten minute walk. The room was very nice. New tile on the floor and in the whole bathroom. Plenty of hot water. T v worked fine. I got to watch free movies on youtube channel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. He helped me do a load of laundry for free. There was a supermarket downstairs from the hotel. Perfect!”

“The room was clean and spacious. Has an iron board but no iron, guess you can ask for. Lady on reception was very nice. Staff on restaurant and food are great with lovely view. Internet sometimes goes a bit lower but did the job. Tv is good aircon good. For the price point it is a great stay. ”
